Business Experience....Relying on her marketing and sales experience as a real estate agent and insurance agent, Melissa joined husband Ken in 1982 in his thriving insurance agency in Houston, Texas. In 1985 the Ken Rice Insurance Agency became State Farm's largest producer of commercial property and casualty insurance in the nation.

A Commitment....Throughout her career Melissa's commitment to place the client first has been the overriding factor in her success. "I particularly enjoy helping out-of-area clients find their perfect Summit County Real Estate because I have purchased property from afar myself and feel I understand the specific needs. It is important to get to know and trust the broker and the company he or she represents. I will make your search for the perfect Summit County home an exciting, rewarding experience and the navigation from contracting through closing as seamless as possible.  It is a pleasure to introduce newcomers to Summit County and the communities that make up this exceptional place I call home.
